Olivia Nuss
Oliva Nuss is a sports law attorney specializing in Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) rights. She brings a unique blend of legal expertise and communications proficiency to the field.
Olivia is admitted to practice law in Louisiana. She earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) and master’s degree in mass communications (M.M.C.) through an accelerated joint program at the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Additionally, she holds a degree in comparative law (D.C.L.). Olivia’s undergraduate studies at the LSU Manship School of Mass Communication focused on Digital Advertising and Marketing.
Olivia most recently was responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management at Student Athlete NIL (SANIL) as the head of legal and business affairs. Her responsibilities included managing daily operations related to student-athlete agreements, brand/business advertising contracts, sponsorships, agent negotiations, and legal document review for compliance with NCAA regulations and university policies; and engaging with businesses to resolve legal issues and finalize agreements.
Olivia is a sought-after speaker on NIL matters who frequently presents on the national, as well as local levels.
