Senior Accountant (Future Assistant Controller)

Lincoln Builders, in Ruston, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team. This full-time position is designed as a succession-planning role with the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Controller position. The successful candidate will partner closely with the Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, support financial reporting, and help lead the department through planned organizational growth and retirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Full-time, in-person, Ruston.
