You are the last set of eyes before these numbers go in front of a client. You reconcile accounts, apply judgment on accruals and hospitality-specific line items, and hand off financials to the client. The judgment you develop here —how you handle a hospitality-specific accrual, what you notice that others miss, how you work through a reconciliation that does not immediately tie —becomes part of how this firm builds its capability over time.
