DESCRIPTION: In this session\, we’ll review the Secure Act of 2019 and Secure Act of 2022 and examine the creation and refinement of Pooled Employer Plans by this legislation.  We’ll also rewind the history books related to multiple employer plans to reveal prior solutions and attempts to use these to ease the administrative burden for employers.  Regardless of your role as a plan sponsor\, someone responsible for your company’s plan or simply as a participant\, the program will have useful and insightful information for many perspectives and likely give some perspective of where retirement plans are going.
